RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY:

1.Exchange Procedure:

We offer exchanges for all products within 7-10 working days.

If the size does not fit, you will need to accept the delivery, pay the dues, and retain the product. Please inform us via email at support@bangalibuy.com, through a message on our Facebook page, or by calling us at 01923428809 within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
When calling, please mention your name, the product name, and size. We will arrange to send the exchange size. When the delivery person brings the exchange size, you must hand over the incorrect size (intact and in the same packaging as we sent it) and receive the correct size in return.
Exchange incurs a delivery charge of BDT 70 for Dhaka city and BDT 130 for outside Dhaka per product in Dhaka. Please note that used products will not be exchanged under any circumstances, and we do not entertain claims for refunds.

2.Delivery Charge and Conditions:

Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. Full payment in advance via bKash, Nagad, or any other payment gateway. Delivery charges in Dhaka City Corporation are BDT 70 per product, and outside Dhaka City Corporation are BDT 130 per product. Delivery usually takes up to 5 days for locations inside Dhaka and up to 10 days for locations outside Dhaka.
Delivery agents for all areas are Pathao, Steadfast, or Ecourier. All charges are set by the delivery agent.

3.Refund:

We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that all products meet our quality standards. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@bangalibuy.com or by calling our customer service hotline at 01923428809.
We will assess the issue and, if deemed necessary, initiate a refund process. Please note that refunds are only applicable in cases of genuine product defects or damages incurred during transit. Misuse or mishandling of products after purchase will not qualify for refunds.
Additionally, all refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Upon approval of your refund request, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account,
